Details of the day

We enjoyed this day off to get up a little later than usual. We also had the opportunity to wash ourselves in the river and made a laundry that was no luxury for socks. In the early afternoon we took a little altitude to render our acclimatization optimal. We climbed above the base camp. For this walk, you should not be afraid to go between the many headstones of dead and missing.

When we were above the Italian base camp, we could see away the Japanese base camp which is on the way to our next day of walking. We also saw the moraine that we would have to cross. Indeed, it is written that it is the “danger point” of the around Dhaulagiri trek.
